Luxury Greece Holidays
One country. A thousand ways to escape.
Greece is somewhere that invites you to slow down.
Whitewashed villages tumbling towards the Aegean. Tiny coves reached only by boat. Long lunches beside the sea. Ancient cities, beautiful islands and some of the Mediterranean’s most exceptional hotels.
But the real luxury of Greece is its variety.
A honeymoon overlooking Santorini’s caldera feels entirely different from a family escape in Crete, a few barefoot days in the Cyclades or a private villa hidden along the Peloponnese coast.
Because choosing Greece is the easy part.
Choosing your Greece is where we come in.

There isn't one island we'd call the best. Santorini is exceptional for romance and views; Crete offers greater variety and some excellent resorts; Corfu works beautifully for villas and families; while islands such as Paros can offer a slower, more understated experience. We recommend the island around the traveller rather than the other way around.
-
Santorini remains an extraordinary honeymoon destination, particularly when paired with a quieter island afterwards. Paros, Milos and other Cycladic islands can also work beautifully for couples wanting something less obvious.
-
Crete and Corfu are particularly strong for luxury family holidays, with good flight access and a wide choice of family-friendly hotels and villas. The right answer depends heavily on the children's ages and how much you want to explore outside the resort.
-
Yes. With relatively accessible flights from the UK, relaxed dining and a growing number of excellent family resorts, Greece can work particularly well with younger children. We pay particular attention to transfer times, room configurations, childcare and practical baby facilities.
-
For the most sought-after hotels, villas and room categories — particularly during July and August — early planning is worthwhile.
Honeymoon suites and larger family accommodation are often among the first categories to disappear.

It can be, but hotel selection matters considerably. Some traditional cliffside properties have steep steps, unfenced drops and accommodation designed primarily for couples. We'll recommend properties and locations appropriate to the ages of the children travelling.
